Directions from Hereford

Follow signs to Abergavenny A465. After about fifteen minutes on the main road, you will pass a wood yard on your right. Take the next right turn signposted Ewyas Harold. In Ewyas Harold you will go over a bridge, turn left through the village and past a small, modern- looking Catholic Church on your left. Keep going (The Dog public house is on your right).  This road continues with a church on your left. There will be a sharp left turn, past a house on your left. Climb the hill and then turn right here at the sign for Lower Maescoed. Keep on this road for two minutes, past the chapel on your left. (Drive slowly there will be sheep on this road.) At the telephone box, follow the road round to your left, past the modern house on your right and the scrub land of the common. We are the next on the right, signed Upper House Farm. Drive down the track and you will see the farm.

 

Directions from Abergavenny

Take the A465 direction of Hereford. Travel down the road for about 15 minutes. Go past the turning for Llanthony Priory and the Skirrid Inn. (The speed will have changed from 50mph - 40mph and back to 50mph.) You will see a large hotel on your right. The Park Hotel. Take the next left at the Pandy Inn and follow the road. You will pass a water factory on your left and pass through the village of Clodock.  At the church bear left and 2 minutes after this you will come to Longtown. At the fork in the road - bear right. (The pub, The Crown, should be on your left and you will pass the village shop on your right.) Take the next right after the small bridge and go up the hill. Take the next left which is signposted St Margarets. Carry on down this road, past Old Court farm on your left and then take the right hand turn. We are the next left turn - there is a blue barrel opposite.

When the post code is entered into a Satellite Navigation device, it will direct you to the telephone kiosk on the Maescoed. If you have come from Ewyas Harold, continue round left. If you have come from Longtown, the farm is on the left before you reach your destination.
